By ordering from Serendib Global Foods Ltd, the customer agree and accepts the following terms and conditions of sale regardless of any previous agreements, unless otherwise if there are any special circumstances, change of conditions will be informed in writing by SERENDIB GLOBAL FOODS LTD.
01 - Delivery Time
We try our best to give all our customers the best possible service with our time, effort and the resources available, therefore all orders are dealt with as soon as possible.
02 – Price of Goods
We are dealing with International and UK based Suppliers, therefore with the frequent changes in currency exchange rates the prices of the goods will be changed as an when necessary without prior notice. Therefore please always check our website for current prices.
03 – Claims
Damages or Shortages must be reported to Serendib Global Foods Ltd within 24 hours of delivery, all the claims made outside this time frame will not be considered as a claim.
04 – Sell by Dates/ Best before Dates
If you are not happy about the life of the product you need to report the company within 24 hours and make your claim, if you fail to do so the company will not accept or give any credit at a later date.
05 – Your comments about the overall service of the company
If you are unhappy about the company service please let us know in order to improve our service in the future.
