Refund policy

Statutory Cancellation Right:

Full value refund will be given to customers in case there is any error.

You have the statutory right to cancel the order for any reason within 14 days beginning the day when you place the order. To cancel the order, contact us at serendibfoods@yahoo.com

You can also return most products within 48 hours of receipt of the products if the products are in unused and undamaged condition.

We will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it's defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect order. If your return is not the result of an error from Serendib's side, the cost of sending the item back will be borne by the customer.
